I’ve been awake for 19 hours.

I saved up my spoons & used them all yesterday; it was my anniversary so it was a necessary & worthwhile use of my energy. But as a result, I am fucked; the worst part was I barely did much except walk about the park for about a mile before dinner.

My legs… Oh Gods my legs hurt so bad! My sciatic is acting up to the point where my left thigh is on fire; riddled with knots. The bursa of my left hip is clearly inflamed. I bashed my left foot into a park bench, & it’s swollen, bruised & even the ankle is sore. The left side of my face & jaw is swollen thanks to TMJ and the resulting headache has lasted for over 12 hours thus far. And my knees are tingling, numb and painful (of course) making maneuvering stairs a BITCH. Why is all my pain on the left!?

To make matters worse, as exhausted as I actually am, & even with my requisite pre-bed litany of pills & a hot soak in an Epsom salt bath approaching temperatures far greater then any person should bathe in - I can’t fall asleep! I can’t speak without an audible waver in my voice, my mind is mushed, I’m shaky, nauseous, my eyes are burning & exhaustion makes the pain worse.

Even worse still, I have two pain killers & 8 muscle relaxants left. To put it in context I’m supposed to take 4 of each a day, spaced out, and my refills won’t go through until Tuesday - 48 hours from now.

I don’t know how I’m gonna make it, I’m relatively fine as far as the muscle relaxants go, but it’s the pain killers ill be hurting for, literally.

And now I have a nose bleed. Someone kill me, I’m at an 8 on my pain scale which would be a 15-20 for most healthy individuals on a standard scale.

May Captain Picard & the USS Enterprise lure me to unconsciousness.

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A Bronx woman has alleged in a lawsuit that NYPD officers pepper sprayed her, and injured her three children in doing so, for allegedly entering a subway station without paying. The lawsuit was filed last week in U.S. District Court by Marilyn Taylor and DeHaven McClain Sr. McClain is the father of the children, but lives separately, the lawsuit said. The City of New York, the NYPD, and three specific officers were named as defendants. Around noon on Aug. 9, 2012, Taylor and McClain entered the Atlantic Avenue subway station in downtown Brooklyn with their children, ages 4, 2 and 5 months, the lawsuit said. McClain was carrying the youngest child attached to his chest, while Taylor was pushing the 2-year-old girl in her stroller and holding the 4-year-old girl’s hand, the suit said. The officers stopped the couple and demanded to see Taylor’s identification, claiming that she had gone through the service entrance with the stroller and had failed to pay a fare, the lawsuit said. The officers used “aggressive language” that scared the children, and the 4-year-old asked her mother if they would be OK, the lawsuit said. When Taylor responded by leaning over and telling her daughter that “everything is going to be OK,” one of the officers pepper-sprayed Taylor in the face, the lawsuit said. My computer can barely play Diablo III at its lowest settings - whenever this type of freeze happens the computer always sounds like its transporting me into the future. Or dying…
